Booking Forms & Policies

SCHEDULE:

Rev books 2 months at a time during their open booking periods. The form will go live at 8am on the following days:

March 1st 2025

May 1st 2025

July 1st 2025

September 1st 2025

November 1st 2025

DEPOSIT:

A $50 non refundable deposit is required to book and reserve flash. If requesting custom, the deposit becomes a drawing fee and will not be deducted from the total. The deposit is payable via Venmo. The remaining balance can be paid with CASH ONLY at the time of appointment.

 

 

 

PRICING:

Rev's hourly rate is $150/hr with a $200 minimum. Most all tattoos fall within the 1-4 hour range unless the project is particularly large (5+ inches), detailed, or in a tricky placement. Rev will provide a quote upon accepting your booking form. Sliding Scale is offered to those in need! 

 

RESCHEDULING: You may reschedule once without forfeiting your deposit if you give at least 3 days notice. Less than 3 days notice or a second reschedule will require a new deposit. The old deposit will no longer go towards the final price of the tattoo. 

NO SHOWS: If you are more than 15 mins late to your appointment with no warning it is considered a no show. I may cancel your appointment and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.
